Fire, Life & Safety (FLS) – just what is it?

I wanted to let you know about a great service that I offer. It is a “Fire, Life & Safety” (FLS) check I perform on your RV. I will come out to your location and check the following items: Shore Power Service / High Voltage; Generators; Low Voltage / 12v Systems; Propane; Safety Signaling Devices; Air Conditioning & Ventilation / Chassis & House; Heating; Appliances; Chassis, Engine & Suspension Systems; Jacks & Leveling Systems; Plumbing & Sewer Systems; Entertainment Systems; Awnings; Entry Steps; Ladder; Roof; Interior Leaks; & Exterior Leaks. I test to make sure all these items are working properly and safely and give you a written report – including any items that need repair. This is a great way to make sure your RV continues to give you safe and happy trips. Having a hard copy of my report is also a wonderful tool to be able to offer to a prospective buyer.
